2. Steam nozzle (steam wand) cleaning.
(1) After using the steam nozzle to make milk froth, you need to wipe the steam nozzle clean with a clean wet rag and turn on the steam valve for 2 seconds to use the steam itself to touch the impulse and high temperature to rinse the milk dirt left inside the jet to maintain the jet’s ‘smooth flow.
(2) If there is residual milk crystals on the steam nozzle, soak the steam nozzle in hot water for ten minutes to soften the residual crystalline material in the steam orifice and on the steam nozzle, then open the steam valve after soaking to see if the steam nozzle is clear. 3. Drain tray/drain tank cleaning.

(1) After removing the draining tray, use a damp rag to remove the sediment from the drain, then rinse with hot water to keep the drain clear; if the drainage is poor, pour a small spoonful of coffee machine cleaning powder into the drain and soak it in hot water for five minutes to dissolve the coffee grounds and oil in the drain, then clean it.
(2) If the bottom of the coffee machine is leaking, check if the drain is blocked, and if it is, clean and unblock the drain and drain.
4. External cleaning of the coffee machine.
The machine’s exterior is wiped daily with a clean, wet rag. 1. Brewing head cleaning
Use the coffee machine’s automatic cleaning program or manual type cleaning to clean the pipes and brew head.
Manual cleaning.
(1) Remove the filter from the coffee brewing handle and replace it with a professional back washing non-porous filter cup.
(2) Put 5 g of coffee machine cleaning powder into the non-porous filter cup, insert the brew handle into the brew head until it is fully closed, turn on the cleaning switch for 10 seconds and then press the button to stop, soak for 5 seconds, repeat 5 times and then remove the coffee brew handle and pour out the waste water.
(3) Clean the non-porous filter cup handle and re-insert it into the brewing head. Press the cleaning button to allow the residual clean powder in the brewing system to flow out and the coffee brewing handle to move back and forth between a 45 degree angle and a 90 degree angle to rinse the brewing head and the inside and outside of the coffee brewing handle until the water in the filter cup becomes clean and colourless, then press the button to stop when the odour is removed.
(4) Use the head brush to clean the brew head divider screen and the brew head rubber ring to remove residual coffee grounds.
(5) After cleaning, remove the coffee handle and replace it with a fine perforated filter and make a cup of coffee to remove any odours after cleaning.
2. Brewing handle cleaning.
After soaking the filter cup and brewing handle in 500ml of hot water with 5g of cleaning powder for ten minutes, use water to clean and dry the brewing handle of coffee dirt and coffee grounds.
3. Nozzle head cleaning.
Soak the nozzle head in hot water, rinse and wipe clean.
4. Drain tray cleaning.
Remove the draining tray, rinse and wipe dry. The drain line should always be washed to ensure smooth drainage.
5. External cleaning of the coffee machine.
Wipe the exterior of the coffee machine with a soft, damp cloth and dry it.
